I was starting a new thread asking if anyone was around on Sunday but what you quoted Len is all that got posted and the system will not let me edit from my mobile phone. Thank you for letting me know that you're NOT around Len.........is there anyone that IS?

Peter, my apologies, I was not sure what I was up to duting to-day but was hoping to send you a message, saying I would be out to play, but as it turned out family arrived unexpectedly around 10am and stayed until a few minutes ago, so again my apolgies for not contacting you

Not wishing to rub salt into wounds but it has been a brilliant day here. Light breezes and warm sun. Kkf ruler was admitted by several as the only kite flying.

A roller that flew nicely despite Xavier's best efforts to unsettle it and tug it out of the sky

PS it was accompanied for a while by a brace of Graces (until one pilot fell asleep whilst flying a kite! a feat never seen before)
