Any suggestions?
How about Mote Park, Maidstone? But be aware, that there is now a 2 hour parking restriction at the leisure centre car park, so I would park in the park car parks if possible if I were you.

Near in mind it is remembrance Sunday do the parade week will be in the town centre. I think road closures are in place until about 12.30 but should only affect you if coming through the town centre.
I will aim to get there around 1 as I need to board up a broken window on my caravan.

Cloudy but dry start in Maidstone after heavy overnight rain. Forecast isn't bad.

Tonbridge is out of range for me in winter Gerty. There's no chance I can get to Emmetts which is even further! Is it just the two of us Gareth?

A lovely afternoon in Mote Park, spent on my jack jones! Whilst there was very little wind, it was gloriously sunny and warm. I did manage to fly a roller for about an hour, and chat to a guy who was amazed that my kite would fly in the conditions. I also got a chance to test and trim my latest addition IMAG0014 by Pitprops, on Flickr
