I'm no good at the ICT stuff (so would ask someone to create a link if they can) but there is news that White Horse Park has plans for opening as a Green Burial Site which will mean that the income from this will provide loo facilities and disabled access.
This is a particularly favourite site of mine given the fantastic views....and with loos and free parking could well provide a very good meeting point for the club well into the future.

There is nothing a bout Kites. I read it as what they cater for, not what you can do. If you can ride bicycle they can not be to stricked. Ern.

Thank you Mike for the link.
They are not at all strict and many flight based activities take place side by side on the site.

I have been there a few times in the past mainly for bird watching and to visit the nearby ruins on Castle Hill. The only flying activity I have seen there was some "idiot" in a powered hang-glider "buzzing" those trying to enjoy the peace of the countryside from about 150 feet, but this was only once. It is a nice location - if you do go please note that the last time I went there you could not turn right from the A249 into the place.

Correct you can't turn right going in our coming out.
It used to be a very popular place with parascenders and also rc airplanes.
Get a different perspective - try KAP

Worth noting that there are one or two guys who run paramotoring lessons using the field over by the beacon (other side of the road adjacent to the County Show site). We met one of them last year when we using that field for the Jamboree. Interestingly, he told us that the 'beacon' field is still classified as an active airfield, the only remaining section of the old RAF base to do so. There's also a small landing strip a couple of miles or so to the north between Bredhurst and Yelsted.
