Any suggestions for a fly in location this weekend? Just bear in mind that brock the honey badger is causing disruption on the M20 at the moment. He may have gone back to his set by Sunday, but then again...

I'm happy to fly anywhere once weekend arrangements have been confirmed as it's Mothering Sunday this weekend. Apart from Operation Brock, Dover TAP is in action (one lane out and 40mph limit from Round Hill tunnel to Dover) plus any possible demonstration action being taken by unions against P&O. It could be advisable to avoid the Dover area. I'm hoping that there might be a bit more wind than last week but my app is forecasting 4 - 5mph so a coastal site may be pererable and may well be light wind stuff only. We will, of course, have an extra hour of daylight! Dont forget to change your clocks this weekend. Mike

Ok, enjoy your day.
I will be at the Lade from about midday if anyone wishes to join me. I have a couple of pre-Berck tests and adjustments to do.

I was at an Event today at the Singleton Environment Centre Ashford and while there I checked out the Kite Flying field and the grass was short on most parts of it, no Horses and it was not muddy at all. The Manager John is happy for us to use it.
