Missing - 1 Blue inflatable elephant & reel of line Last seen packed in a black nylon bag with a gold cord on the small table in the large Gazebo end of Saturday just before the gazebo was being packed away. Does anyone have a bag they dont recognise? Was it packed away with some of the club bits and pieces? I have a very sad wife who is missing "Nellie" and is worried in case she has come to harm. Mike

Pretty certain there were no elephants trying to get to the circus via Kiteworld box.

Last time I saw the elephant he seemed pretty deflated by the weather and was hanging around in the new gazebo.
I will check the box of kites belonging to KKF for sale, but pretty sure it was not in there. I will also check all other bags etc from kite making workshop. May have got caught up with the sides, but I know that Syd had the gazebo out to dry on Sunday afternoon.

Mike from kiteworld has informed me that he had a very quick look in the box when Martin brought it back on Tuesday but did not see anything unusual. He is off to Weymouth first thing Thursday, but will get his brother to check thoroughly.
I will not be able to do a proper check of the boxes here until Monday as away at the week-end to sister in law's 50 th birthday bash.
Hope that Nellie has not packed her trunk and said goodbye the Kent Kite Flying Circus

Nellie has been found, she did pack her trunk and make her way to Thanet, sneaked inside another black bag on Saturday. I have sent Barbara a message directly to make arrangements to return Nellie. Nellie is cheap to look after does not need straw or mucking out, just a bit of an airing
