I have a Tom Tom with live updates, first year was free and then I just buy the updates I require.
This allows for information to be received to assist going around accidents and traffic jams.
The one thing is you cannot completely rely on the voice over, as sometimes that may state for example in 30o yards take the next right you have to do a quick double check of the screen and be observant on the road as the next right may be down a lane or farm track, and not where you wish to be. It is an assistance tool nothing more

Don't believe in them myself, much better to Google a map and then view the street or whatever so you are familiar before you get there. The routes the Sat Nav's take are incredible at times....!!!!

Its not a known brand, which makes me suspicious. A little investigation shows the seller is based in China. On those two counts alone I would steer clear. If something goes wrong, you'll get absolutely no help.
More important than the screen are the voice instructions. they need to be clear, and loud. You only look at the screen momentarily, so a clear display is helpful, but none of the images show the device with a map and other information on screen.
I'd stick with a known brand, Tom Tom, Garmin, Navman (now Mio). You'll often find factory reconditioned devices on eBay and definitely in the UK, that's where I got my Navman from. Its also handy to know how often the maps get updated and how the updates are delivered.

Looks to good to be true, I have a standard Tom Tom, it is very good, a grate help at night. If you miss a turn, or decide you don't like the look of the road and don't drive down it. will soon sort it self out and carry on directing you on to your destination. Remember it is only a tool, you have to learn to use it and set it up.
Hope this helps. Bog

im not a pro but i do alot of driving across europe and i have both a tom tom and a Garmin, tom tom is alot clearer screen wise and the lane selection feature is good but battery life isn't great also live traffic updates are not free, The Garmin has a slightly busier screen but but has free live updates which is very useful, bluetooth for wireless mobile use etc and can have live pictures of various locations loaded on so you know when you arrive in the right place. just thought i would throw that out there
