Dependant on weather, and possibly the outcome of a minor sporting event in Cardiff, I might ge up for a fly next Sunday.
Barbara has suggested Tonbridge which sounds like a good idea provided we don't get any rain during the week.
Thoughts anyone?

After a lot of flying in East Kent it would be nice to give those in the western parts of the county a venue nearer to them. Just hope the weather continues to be pleasant.
Although we wont know until nearer the weekend if we will make it.

I would love to come out and fly with you in pastures new but I'm away this weekend in Swindon doing the Ralf Mazerski kite workshop. Winds are looking extremely light at the moment - hope you all have fun.

Seems horribly quiet. Oh well. I'll go to Tonbridge and get there around midday if anyone wants to join me

Its always horribly quiet, however we are aiming on being there so you won't be alone. We won't be early but then you wouldn't expect anything else would you. Mike

What a wonderful afternoon we had in Tonbridge. The sun shone, the breeze (what there was of it) came and went and kites flew and fell and flew again. We had a flight of 3 world kite workshop Phoenixes, a couple of Wala, a Grace or two, an Ohashi and even a Leaf. All accompanied by a Rev and a very colourful quadline kite. Thanks to all who came along, Steve & Sue, Gareth, Janet & Barry, joining Barbara and myself to enjoy the fabulous February weather. It was great to see Dave Clements who popped by to say hello. Mike
