After much umming and arring the date has now been changed to the August bank holiday weekend and it is a confirmed three day event, so Saturday 26th to Monday 28th August should be a date for your diaries.

After much umming and arring the date has now been changed to the August bank holiday weekend and it is a confirmed three day event, so Saturday 26th to Monday 28th August should be a date for your diaries. That is a real pain, as it clashes with the Cider Festival at Brogdale which we have supported for a number of years. We have been able to have a room for our Christmas Social and AGM in exchange for our attendance at the Cider Festival. As yet we have not received an invite for this year from Brogdale due to a change in event organiser.

that being said, Malcolm, it always used to clash with Portsmouth which also put a strain on our limited resources and meant that those who chose to support the club were therefore unable to attend one of the UK's biggest kite events. But I will be supporting Bognor Regis Kite Festival again this year, sorry.

But I will be supporting Bognor Regis Kite Festival again this year, sorry. Gareth, as far as I am aware KKF does not operate a 3 line whip, in regard to where members choose to fly or when. Portsmouth had become restrictive in regard to assessibility for flyers, as far as I was concern and as far as I was concerned was it really worth the effort to go there for a day's outing. I see that the KSGB have put up provisional dates this year for Portsmouth the same weekend as TESTON, once again.
