Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I live and fly in Washington State. I am a member of The AKA and also the Pierce County Kite Fliers. We often take in the action in Long Beach WA. USA. Home of the WSIKF.(Washington State International Kite Festival) Our home field just south of my home has been commandeered by the US golf association for the US open at Chambers Bay or what we call KiteHenge. Looking forward to some great connections. I personally have many Kite Designs I enjoy, and many of my favorites are from your side of the pond. One of my first choices for many years is my Styx 2.3 from Cavalier du ciel. I miss avia sport and all they promoted. Looking forward to making some great connections with the Kent Kite Flyers. Steady Breezes

Hey, good to have you come and join us. Personally I'm a bit of a Prism junkie, having most of their "old skool" collection in my bag somewhere, from when their kites were hand made in Seattle. Some of us keep muttering about taking in a festival in the US one day, then we wake up!
Hope we can keep you entertained with our sometimes strange chatter.

Hello Gareth,
I have a Quantum always at the ready under my seat, for the winds that pop up when Im not looking. They are real workhorses. Just opened up a Sieger Vleigers kite bag I have had for some time and remembered why I liked European designers... Such Flair. Steady Breezes
