Up to members if they wish to fly at Brogdale or elsewhere, the weather forecast is a bit uncertain with likelihood of rain at end of week, but who knows ( as there were downpours for about 3 hours in Margate today, even whilst the TV presenters of the weather were stating it is Sunny everywhere in the South East.
Parking would be in the car park and not on the flying field which would be the one next to the car park at Brogdale.
If we are flying at Brogdale on Sunday then I have to let them know by Friday morning.

I probably won't be out, I may pop down to Mote Park for an hour if I get time. I know Bill is busy.

Would quite like to fly somewhere this weekend but the forecast isnt looking to good at the moment with rain forecast to begin at 12 and get progressively harder as the day progresses. As Garath so rightly says Brogdale will be muddy. Think we will probably make a late decision what to do and where once we see what the weather is actually like on Sunday.

We had intended going to Brogdale but the current forecast is rain from Saturday evening onwards so unless there is a wonderful improvement in the next three days it is unlikely we will get there. (Last Grand Prix of the season is appealing)

So let me get this right, we've all been invited round to Barry and Janet's to watch the grand prix and Janet will be catering. Is that right? What time should we arrive?

Unfortunately cannot get to either Brogdale or to Janet's for sausages rolls and grand prix.
It would seem at the moment the weather forecasters are using the old metrologists method, of wetting finger and sticking it out of the window, as they seem not able to make up minds about forecast, it started with rain all day Sunday, now the latest I have heard is uncertain, but likely to be dry with ( take your choice) overcast, sunny, showery.
I have informed Brogdale that it will be late decision as to whether or not KKF fly at Brogdale on Sunday, due to expected weather, but if any-one does decided to go to Brogdale then please park in main car park and walk through to the adjacent field to fly

Ok, so this is the cue for the virtual perfect fly.....
Sunny day, plenty of free space, no dog poo, constant wind...
What kites to fly...
Would like to fly all of my flo-tails with some minions to help pack away afterwards.....
Note to diary....Do not attempt to fly this weekend as every year since the year dot it has been wet!!!!!!
