This coming Sunday is our first time at this Event, lots of stalls including a hog roast. The Club House do food also and the Bar will be open. All we need is a dry day with suitable winds. Len.

What time do you want us there Len? Is there going to be any room for kite flying or just teddy dropping? Just need to know what to put in the car. Mike

Mike, we are having half the field for Teddy Parachuting, Malcolm will be selling kites that may get flown, so maybe ok to fly. The other half of field is for Fairground , coconut shy and local school is having a stall, sundry craft stalls, Hog Roast, etc etc. I will be there at 10.00 if I can prise someone out of bed!

Thank you for all the help you gave to make this a successful Event, it started a bit slow then we had a steady stream of Fauna to be Parachuted. We had all sorts of Teddy owners chasing their Furries from tiny tots to a team of four teenage lads who got down in the Athletes starting position with Gerty setting them off to chase the one Hippo. They did three races one one lad caught the Hippo all three times, clearly an Athlete for the future. The weather was kind to us with a mostly steady wind and sunny day.
Thanks again.
Len.

Enjoyed our day at Sellindge, never been to the village before, adults and children alike were thrilled with the parachuting teddies, many said they never knew of this activity. Lovely seeing the children flying the kites they purchased, with help from KKF members.A good day had by all Sue

Very enjoyable, nice site, good clubhouse open 7 days a week with food, just a pity there were not more attractions, understand that the fairground transport broke donw on the way to the fete, and in the end did not arrive.
Hope the organisers made a tidy sum at the end of the day.

In the words of a certain Wallace "A grand day out Grommit". Black mark to Gerty for leaving her bits behind!
