This event was talked about at the Fly In at Singleton today and we decided that we would fly at Woodchurch from about 1400hrs next Sunday 30th October.
So dig out your lights and check batteries are charged up.

Don't want to sound awkward, but Malcolm had asked me to forward details etc...which I have done and communicated and have got the community together to support the event etc...over a number of weeks....including newer members of the club etc..
So now it is not happening? Well thanks a bunch!!!!!

Having been away this weekend I haven't been party to the discussions either. However if I read it right there is a suggestion that we hold two LUTS type events, one at Woodchurch and one at T Wells. See the post by Gareth in the thread called LUTS Re: LUTS « Reply #23 Yesterday at 9:10pm » Halloween at Woodchurch LUTS at T Wells? I have seen no reply to that post and can only assume that all parties are being catered for by that arrangement. I can see no posts about dates or times for the T Wells event so am suitably confused as to what has been agreed / organised. Please advise Mike  |
