Nope, neither of your suggestions worked Gareth. Perhaps you could tell me how you access the forum and how you access Facebook and I might be able to help, rather than just shooting in the dark

Ok. Here is a workaround for you. Find the image you want in facebook. Open it. At the top right hand corner of your device e are 3 vertical dots. Tap them. This opens a menu. One item on the menu is to download the image. Tap it. Close facebook. Go to chrome. Open the thread and in the reply box touch reply in the top right corner. This opens the main reply screen with a load of buttons along the top. One of the buttons is add attachments. Tap it. This opens a screen asking you to choose files. Select files and in your recent files should be the image you just downloaded. Select it and then choose insert image. You will see some bulletin board code inserted. Tap done. Tap create post.
Easier way is to download tapatalk which will give you a quick way of attacing images from your device to your post.

No such option on the thread for 'reply' other than the button at the bottom of the screen and that gives me no ability to download images, links or anything! Oh and I downloaded Tap Talk but I cant get past a screen asking me what my interests are.

OK chaps this looks like a beast of an idea so. Virtual fly-in on KKF Facebook page tomorrow. Now I know you are all capable of posting images there. Mike

Hey a photo, well done Peter Thanks for the boat Steve but we've moved the fly-in to Facebook Mike I managed to find a button somewhere that said 'desktop' and it changed the view to the normal computer veiw. That had the 'reply' button that Gareth mentioned. The next problem was that it would only let me post files a maximum of 1mb so all my pictures were too large. By the time I'd recalled them they were minute.

Wow! Thanks everyone who has taken part in the virtual fly-in on Facebook today. I think I will call that a success. Same again next week? Mike

Lovely idea Mike. Have enjoyed spending the day going through photo's from a few decades ago. Good looking back at happy memories. Well done!
