A forewarning the Kent Kite Flyers AGM is on Sunday March 8th 2020. It will be from 12 noon until finish, offical business finishes around 3pm, followed by a quick break and then an auction.

Light refreshments will be served at the break.

It will be as usual at Brogdale using a room located behind the office. There will be a sign on the entrance door. KKF have use of the room from 11am to 5pm

All are welcome, including non members, as well as donations of items for the auction. Please note only fully paid up members by the start of the AGM will be allowed to vote.

Free parking in the main car park. If the weather is reasonable any-one who wishes to have a fly may do so before and after the meeting in the field adjacent to the car park.

I will be distrubuting a provisional AGM agenda in due course. Please let me knwo if there is anything you wish to be placed in A.O.B.

This is an important yearly meeting where the members contribute to the management of Kent Kite Flyers, and hope that as many of you will come along and take part. Partners and Guests are welcome,it as much a social event to meet up with others.

If you are considering attending please let me know by reply to this thread or p.m. for the purpose of providing refreshments.
