During the afternoon at the Lade we discussed where next week's fly in should be. We settled on Walmer beach adjacent to the large (free) carpark.

Barry advises that, it being remembrance Sunday, parking g in Walmer is likely to be very difficult. Perhaps we should consider a different location. I know one of our group would favour Palm Bay, but what do others think?

Some additional clarification from the Walmer massive. They think we should be ok at the borrow pit carpark as most of the activities it will centre around the bandstand.
So back to plan A

Latest update on Remembrance Sunday events are parade and service at Victoria Hospital from 10.30am. There may be brief road closures in that vicinity but nothing else taking place in town on Sunday.

Thanks for that but I decided to go shooting this morning instead, judging by my score I should have flown a kite instead
