With no suggestions from anyone for this weekend I will be going to Frinton-on-Sea to fly at the Martin Corrie Memorial Fly-in. There are a couple of other KKF members going but for me its 130 miles each way but worth it to be with friends. Anyone else that wants to come along is more than welcome.

Dear colleagues within KKF, it appears to be the same members each week, who make suggestions for where to fly from week to week. I would make a heartfelt plea to others to comment. I know we are getting into the late autumn/winter period, where it becomes damp and cold, so many of us do not wish to be outdoors for long, but hope that others may wish to join in more regularly, especially with suggestions amd comments about fly-ins.
As we do not have a one off regular monthly venue, with facilities, a decision was taken some years ago to weekly fly somewhere in Kent, variable venues, so as members could attend at least occassionally.

We have several times in the past remembered Martin at the annual fly -in, enjoying the welcome and hospitality extended by the host flyers. Sadly current infirmities stop us from attending this year but would those of you going from KKf please remember us to Pedro, Lyn and Martin's daughters.

PS Gareth - you may have our pieces of Bread Pudding.

We (Gareth, Simon, Marting and myself) had a good afternoon flying with EKF at Frinton-on-sea, good steady wind on the beach front. Started with breakfast at Fred's Cafe and rounded off nicely with a meal at the Royal Tandoori. Peter
