Although there is an early forecast of a possibility of a thunderstorm or two, do members wish to risk being out flying??

I'm up for some flying on Sunday but won't be free until 11 and then will have travelling time from Ramsgit on top of that so don't want to travel too far.

Unfortunately, Kristian is not around on Sunday, so we cannot have full access to Milton Creek Country Park, nor the community centre. The agreement with Capstone is to give them at least a week's notice

Well we need suggestions. In the absence of other suggestions from more centrally accessible sites I'll start the ball rolling with St. Mildreds, Palm Bay and the bandstand at Deal. If someone can come up with a location elsewhere please do.

I'd go along with any of them, but don't think I'm going to get there in any event. What was a morning looks like being all day.

As some members have other things planned for this Sunday, and we are unable to fly at either Milton CReek, or Capstone, Peter H and I will be flying at Palm Bay, Cliftonville Margate, if any-one wishes to join us under the hot sun overlooking the sea. We shall be there from around 12 noon. There is a cafe with an in door toilet nearby.
A number if members will be at Brighton Kite Festival next Sunday 8th July, so any member who is not going to Brighton, wishes to suggest a venue
The following week which is 15th KKF is in attendance at teh Cherry Festival Brogdale see under events. Again for those not coming along who wish to suggest a venue please do so. That will be end of our little splurge of club invitde events, before August Betteshanger and followed by Teston.
Just as an aside we are unable to fly on the Green at Walmer on Sundays during the Summer, as there are concerts on the bandstand every week withe public using the green for sitting listening, and having picnics
