After a bright and breezy afternoon at Mote Park it was suggested that we should fly in the Tonbridge / Tunbridge Wells area. Either Tonbridge Park or as bill says we havent flown at Dunorlan Park Tunbridge Wells for quite some time. Either site would be ok with me so would someone with local knowledge please advise which site would be preferable. Mike

For local amenities, Tonbridge its better. For proximity of parking to flying, Tunbridge Wells is slightly better. I think Tunbridge Wells gets slightly better wind too.

Dunorlan really is only for Summer months unless you want to gain webbed feet..... Tonbridge is perfectly fine with those of us this end of the County. Sorry I missed you all today, but the lurgy has a hold and have forgotten just what it feels like to be anywhere near healthy!!!

Will take Gerty's advice regarding Dunorlan Park and suggest that we aim for Tonbridge Park as fly-in location for Sunday 29th. Barbara and I will be there, weather permitting, but don't expect us to be early! Mike @ Malcolm, date duely noted

We'll be plenty warm enough with that nice warm glow we feel when we raise a smile on a child's face..... No, I haven't hit the bubbly yet, nor had a good day at work.....!!!
