I have been given several parafoil kites from the family of Kim Marchant. I believe Kim was a members of SEKS. Apart from that I do not have much information. I was not aware the kites being offered were parafoils all in bags and with handles, so are taking up considerable amount of room in my garage and would like to empty them from there asap. I am cataloguing the kites, but it does seem that they are for kiteboarding/ kite surfing. These all have been used. I will be posting a list on here and hopefully with some sort of price guide. If we are to sell any of these kites, the family have requested a donation from proceeds to charity.
I am posting early for any suggestions as to where I can be pointed so as to pass these kites on. I am sure that some of the kites have been superseded by various updates.

If you could let me know what the kites are, they may be interested. The team has recently bought a whole set but individual team member may well be interested.

If any-one is interested I have now a list of the kites
Peter Lynn Waterfoil 2.4m Peter Lynn Waterfoil 3.6m Peter LYnn Waterfoil 5.7m Peter Lynn ARC 840 8.5m Flexifoil Blade II 4.9m HQ Beamer 7m Traction New Wave by Concept Air LTR Wipika 8.5m Slingshot with pump
As I was trying to view these in my living room, I have not been able to ascertain the size of the kites shown without size. Please not all in bags with handles, the bags are not necessarily the right bag for the kite.
These are all used and not clean, but appear to be undamaged. I have reserves on all of the kites.
As I need to get these out of my garage quickly, I looking for other options for disposal. Any monies raised will be split 50-50 between club funds and the chosen charity supported by KKF at this time which is Slideway, a small children's charity based in Kent.

I think All Good Fun have packed up, their shop in Dunton Green closed a while back. I'll post the list on the Power kite team forum and see if anyone is interested, if they are they'll want to have some idea of prices. We've got connections with Essex Kite Park so it's possible we could find some buyers there. I'll suggest it to them. How big is the Blade by the way?

Tim,
I have to admit I have not taken the Blade out of its bag, so have not looked at the size so far. Cannot do to-day as cannot get into my garage at this time. Thanks for the information about All Good Fun, I had a feeling some-one had told me previously he had closed the shop.

Blade II is worth a bit depending on colour. Beamer is like steering a bus but people still buy them. The water foils... I only used one for 10 minutes on a beach and felt that was long enough. The kite surfer kites maybe deemed dangerous now as they are pretty old.
Dangerous - Blade II was known as the widow maker!! Very nice kite though
Are the kites complete or kite only?

Got a possible buyer for the Blade II. Kites are complete Andy as you will see on the photos. By the way, now advertised on the SEKA Facebook page.
