I have been in contact with the Woodchurh Parish Council to request permission for us to fly on the Green. The earliest we can go there when no home cricket matches are on is 27th September, so check your Diaries and pencil it in if you are free. Hope this is OK.
Regards all.
Len.

What a lovely day we had. We even had a parade of several Morris Dance sides go past on their way to the Pub. A nice sunny day with wind. Nice to see Ern, and Gareth arrived with his three hounds.

A really good day with other members. I actually flew 5 different kites which makes a nice change from the last few weeks, where I did not have a chance to fly. Good company and our youngest member was in attendance and flying.

May I just echo the last two posts. What a wonderful afternoon at Woodchurch. I'm tempted to say my best ever fly-in there. Wonderful weather, nice breeze, good company. All in all a lovely time was had by all. Thanks to whoever organised the weather. Mike
