Yes it is. My recollection is that you turn right immediately after the little car park attendants hut, and that access road takes you behind the car parks and out to the field. Though things may have changed in the many years since I have been there.

If you missed them, then you have to drive all the way round pass the main car park and onto the road exiting, but as you come up the slight incline you will see the field immediately in front of you. I will be there tomorrow and hope to there on Saturday by about 09.15 latest.

Back home after a brilliant weekend at Bewl. After a wet start on Saturday we had a good number of public visitors on what was a cool and cloudy by largely dry day with varying light winds. A cold night followed with a spectacular display of stars in the sky. no night flying just not enough wind. Sunday dawned with the sun very much in attendance. A lovely day largely sunny and very warm. Where were the public? I had expected that Sunday would be the busier day but no it was very quiet. once again the wind was fickle, there one minute and gone the next usually after one had assembled a kite because the wind had got up a bit. We had a great weekend in the tent despite the route march to the loos. Many thanks to all organisers and hangers on. And to all who supported a great weekend. Now all I need is a report with photos for the windjammer (had my camera in the car but didnt take a single photo). Mike

A BIG THANK YOU to all who came along and supported the event, pity the wind was not kind, and possibly wrong weekend for visitors as most parents were preparing for the start of the school term today.
