Please find below request from Allan Pothecary
"We have been asked by a commercial enterprise to put on a kite display in Hastings in a couple of week’s time. With the usual ‘lack of knowledge’ they thought that it could be done on ‘concrete!’. Having versed them into what is required they are going to have a look around to see what might be suitable. I was wondering if you or your members/fellow flyers might be aware of any sites in the area? "

Bill often flies in Hastings. No idea where though. But we have flown on hard standing (the Rotunda in Folkestone). Depends on what sort of display they want.

I have passed the suggestions on to Allan Pothecary to discuss further.
He asked me to pass on his thanks for suggestions made, especially as he has no response from Brighton
