Some members will be attending the Streatham kite day. If other members wish to suggest a venue and a meet please link into this posting with suggestions, so as I may post Friday evening/Saturday evening.

Weather permitting, I plan to spend a couple of hours at Tonbridge park with some sports kites if anyone fancies joining me.

Sorry we wont be joining you - much as we like Tonbridge the opportunity to venture to "foreign" parts is more attractive.

Glad the Tonbridge contingent had a great afternoon. The Streatham contingent also had a great day, catching up with old friends, some not seen since last year, and enjoying the warm sunshine. The only drawback was variable wind - light to nothing with the occasional strong gusts which got the kiters excitedly launching inflatables only to have it immediately die away. On a personal note our thanks to Malcolm and Debbie for transporting us to what was a most enjoyable day. Barry & Janet Note for Simon. So far as we are aware all KKF vehicles returned home with wheels intact.
