We may well be joined by a professional photographer/drone pilot who would like to create a video for us. Best bib and tucker to-day better have a shave, not sure my couple of hairs will pass muster when on parade and inspection by El Presidente.

Well then first outing of the year for me, enjoyed being out with kites and flying. I understand why my fellow flyers like flying here, but for my knees and back I did not enjoy the shingle, on which I felt unsteady much of the time, so I apologise if I did not come over and socialise during my stay there. Lovely day, sun and ozone and just about enough wind for most the time. Lots of public wandering by and talking with us.

Completely understand Malc. Unfortunately the wind wasn't really behaving well enough to be able to leave kites unattended for long perodswhich made socialising tricky. Also can understand the shingle problem. Provided it doesn't rain during the week perhaps we should try somewhere with grass next time

Provided it doesn't rain during the week perhaps we should try somewhere with grass next time I am not around for the next three Sundays as off to warmer climes next Sunday. Also it is Mother's day. So will leave it up to folk's where and when they wish to fly. After I return I will be sending out usual e-mails on the Friday/Saturday morning of the venue for club meets each week. We have to consider Milton Creek as well
