It has been a very long time since I've held a piece of string in my hand. Possibly as far back as October I'm finding it increasingly frustrating. The weather forecast for Sunday looks like there is a chance of some scattered showers. I am desperately in need of a fix. Anyone want to come out and play somewhere?

Metcheck is looking promising, 4 - 4 degrees 11 - 13mph ssw with no rain Happy to give it a go somewhere this weekend, provided the forecast is correct. Where shall we go? Mike

After last night's rain, any field is going to be horribly muddy. I'd be willing to give Milton Creek a go though the wind may be in the wrong direction, coming off the town I think. Otherwise, somewhere coastal, either The Lade or Woolmer on the beach?

We would prefer the Lade much closer to us than Walmer

Works for me. In the absence of any other suggestions, the Lade it is then!

Too far for me I'm afraid and, like Steve, I have a commitment this morning. Maybe we can do something more central next week.

Am going to have to give this a miss....Am in the middle of a funding application for my new job (back at St Giles) with a deadline of midnight tonight and it is taking longer than I expected...
Looks like it is going to be a glorious day. Enjoy yourselves!!!
Peter, The Lade is very central for most of us. It is equal distance for Thanet and West Kent.
